Lecture Hall

Capacity- 20-25 persons at 1^st floor

*With AC: for 1st three hours Rs. 1500/-. For every additional hours the rent shall be added @Rs. 300/-. *Without AC : for 1st three hours Rs.1200/-. For every additional hours the rent shall be added @ Rs.200/-.

Committee Room

Capacity- 30-35 persons at 1st floor

*With AC: for 1st three hours Rs. 1800/-. For every additional hours the rent shall be added @Rs. 300/-.

 *Without AC: for 1st three hours Rs.1500/-. For every additional hours the rent shall be added @Rs.200/-.

Visvesvaraya Auditorium

Capacity- 140-150 persons at 1st floor

*With AC: for 1st three hours Rs. 6000/-. For every additional hours the rent shall be added @ Rs. 1000/-. *Without AC: for 1st three hours Rs.5000/-. For every additional hours the rent shall be added @ Rs.500/-.

Silver Jubilee Hall

Capacity- 70-80 persons at Ground floor

*With AC: for 1st three hours Rs. 5000/-. For every additional hours the rent shall be added @Rs. 600/-. *Without AC: for 1st three hours Rs.3500/-. For every additional hours the rent shall be added @ Rs.300/-.

Golden Jubilee Hall

Capacity- 50-60 persons at G.F. (for dining purpose)

*For 1^st three hours Rs.3000/-. For every additional hours the rent shall be added @ Rs.200/-.

1. GST applicable as per GOI of the total hall rent. [Rs.1000/- & less: GST Nil, Rs.1001 to Rs.7500/- : GST 12% & Rs.7501/- and More : GST 18%]

2.  Cleaning charges: will be decided by the office after programme is over (Minimum Rs.200/-).

3. Generator Charges: Rs. 400/- + 18% GST for standby & if the generator is run the charges will be @ Rs.150/- + 18% GST for subsequent ½ hr (Generator outsourcing is not allowed for the programme in any Hall).

4.  Sound System charges: Rs.800/- + 18% GST for three hours & for additional every hour the charges will be Rs.100/- + 18% GST (For Visvesvaraya Auditorium & Silver Jubilee Hall sound systems is not allowed through outsourcing).

5. Use of Alcoholic Drinks is strictly prohibited.
