The 45th Annual General Meeting of The Institution of Engineers (India), Durgapur Local Centre will be held on Sunday, 15th October, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Visvesvaraya Auditorium, Nehru Avenue, B- Zone, Durgapur-713205.
All Corporate Members are requested to make it convenient to attend the Meeting.

1) To read the notice convening the meeting.
2) To confirm the minutes of the 44th Annual General Meeting of IE (I), Durgapur Local Centre.
3) To receive the Annual Report of Activities for the year 2022-2023.
4) To receive the Audited Accounts for the financial year 2022-2023.
5) To note the report of the Board of Scrutineers on the composition of the committee for the sessions 2023-2025.
6) To announce the name of the Chairman for the period 2023-2025 and install him.
7) To announce the name of the Honorary Secretary for the period 2023-2025 and install him.
8) To appoint Auditors for the financial year 2023-2024 and fix up their remuneration.
